These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Grove LLC, a Florida limited liability company (referred to as “Grove,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Grove LLC operates this website and provides the services described below.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Grove LLC provides software and product development services, including:

• Custom web and mobile application development
• API and backend system development
• UI and UX design services
• Technical consulting and architecture reviews
• AI and machine learning integrations

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. In general:

• Consultation fees are due upon completion of the consultation
• Project payments are typically structured in milestones
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the agreement

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and assets developed specifically for their project, subject to the applicable project agreement. Grove LLC retains rights to:

• General methodologies, know-how, and techniques
• Reusable components and frameworks developed by Grove LLC
• Third-party libraries and open-source components used in the project

Warranties and Limitations

Grove LLC provides services as is and makes no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in project agreements. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Third-party service failures or security breaches
• Damages exceeding the total fees paid for the project

Confidentiality

Grove LLC maintains the confidentiality of client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information except as needed to provide the services, as required by law, or with client consent.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of work completed through the termination date.
