Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Grove Tech Consulting's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Grove Tech Consulting provides software and product development services including:

• Custom web and mobile application development
• API and backend system development
• UI and UX design services
• Technical consulting and architecture reviews
• AI and machine learning integrations

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. In general:

• Consultation fees are due upon completion of the consultation
• Project payments are typically structured in milestones
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the agreement

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and assets developed specifically for their project. Grove Tech Consulting retains rights to:

• General methodologies, know-how, and techniques
• Reusable components and frameworks developed by Grove Tech Consulting
• Third-party libraries and open-source components used in the project

Warranties and Limitations

Grove Tech Consulting provides services as is and makes no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in project agreements. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Third-party service failures or security breaches
• Damages exceeding the total fees paid for the project

Confidentiality

Grove Tech Consulting maintains strict confidentiality of client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information except as required by law or with explicit client consent.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of work completed through the termination date.
